What's in it for you?

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in software deployment and configuration; familiarity with DCIM tools and concepts is a plus. Training and time will be provided to learn all the modules.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Customer facing experience highly desired.
• Software can be remotely deployed with many customers, allowing team members to work from a home office. However, some customers require on-site assistance. Travel for this role is required. There may be brief periods of significant travel but the average over a year is typically around 50%.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, while also being self-motivated.
