Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Developer Co-op/Intern to join our CTO group within the Digital Buildings Line of Business. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions for digital building applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Assist in the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept projects.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in smart buildings and IoT.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Document software designs, code, and processes for future reference.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IoT, cloud computing, or smart building technologies.
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in a related field.
