We are looking for highly motivated employees to join the Data architecture and systems integration team for the position of Smart Grid Engineer!
As a Smart Grid Engineer in support organization, your role will be to support our customers to run their business smoothly by working mainly on those activities, but not limited to the design of software enhancements, incidents triage, system updates delivery, and variety of other activities required by our customers or for company's internal purpose.
Job description:
- Technical role in the support organization
- Providing consultancy services
- Participates in ADMS system update process as technical lead
- Reviews available technical project documentation in the project handover process to support phase
- Accountable for designing software enhancements requested by customers
- Responds quickly and professionally to defects or technical questions reported by customers
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with colleagues, regional solution centers and customers

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following key skills/experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with computer emphasis
- Experience with SCADA and SCADA protocols (IEC101/104, DNP3, ICCP) is highly desirable. Knowledge of other SCADA protocols like MODBUS and IEC61850 would be a plus
- Prior experience with Data migration processes, Data integration processes, Data mapping, Data validation, Data commissioning, Display building and symbology would be a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Any experience in software testing is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze, explain technical issues to lay audiences
- Team player with experience in cross-team collaboration to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Problem-solving skills

- Teamwork, collaboration, and organizational skills
