What will you do?

Schneider Electric has launched a Group business transformation program called Unify which aims at simplifying and standardizing our manufacturing, finance and front-office processes in order to build one digital ecosystem operating for the whole organization based on End to End customer journey.

This program aims to replace 70 ERPs with a roll out per waves during 5 years (approx. 40 factories, 15 Distribution Centers and 15 countries' Front offices to be rolled per year from 2024 onwards)

To support and lead this transformational journey in our plant of Conselve we are looking for a young, talented Schneider Electric employee in charge of the local business IT project management.

What will you do?
  • Set-up and leads Site UNIFY project from a business perspective
  • Leading and reporting the implementation progress to the program / project steering committee and to the site management.
  • Ensure Site activities are planned, staffed and run according to the project plan, on time and within budget
  • Manage resources and budget, local change management process and actions, data preparation activities, cutover, and value creation activities
  • Drive the team to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and with the right level of quality
  • Be responsible for the coordination of all Cutover activities for the Site
  • Ensure coordination between UNIFY program / project and local teams
  • Strong communication with Site Management
  • Escalate issues when not resolved

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Experienced IT professional with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing successful IT change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and articulate insights.
  • Listening, negotiation, decision making
  • Diplomacy and relationship
