The Services Site Operations Lead is accountable for driving the Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) Services project scope orders (Installation, Startup, and Commissioning), from start to finish, so that it is completed safely on time and within budget. The Services Site Operations Lead role is an instrumental support of site C&SP Services Team mobilization, schedule management, resource planning, Compass tracking and reporting on service deployments.

This role includes collaboration and support coordination with the Order Entry & Scheduling organizations for each business unit (BU). They are responsible for support and review of revenue data from Oracle, SAP, BSF, and ASCO systems to be actioned by the Order Entry, Service Scheduling, and Invoicing teams for monthly revenue recognition.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review new project orders to ensure work orders are updated and reflect the correct account, location, product, and work order description.
  • Build Service Workbooks with necessary service execution information for Services scheduling support.
  • Update the project Work Order Tracker with information for new orders.
  • Ensure C&SP account and site location information is correctly updated in bFO .
  • Standardize naming conventions.
  • Create Asset Capture Forms for each Site/COLO to be utilized by the service teams.
  • Submit completed forms to Data Stewards for bFO creation/update.
  • Engage Service Help for correct installed products associated with respective work orders.
  • Handle one-off asset updates and corrections.
  • Maintain central repository for all asset collection forms.
  • Ensure asset accuracy for post-IST warranty certificate .
  • Request Data Stewards to update Installed Product Customer Acceptance Date in bFO to the IST date to trigger updated Warranty Start Date .
  • Run Service Hour Reports to track off-hours work and added scope for each project.
  • Maintain and update project site Change Order Log .
  • Send Change Order requests/Labor Hour updates to site Project Managers.
  • Reconcile Change Order Requests with hours and work orders. Includes associating COR Sale Orders against Pending Contract/Billable work orders and closing out WOs created to represent weekend work.


This job may be for you if:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in service execution.
  • Proficient in Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Oracle, SAP, Acrobat, Salesforce (bFO).
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or financial principles and methods.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
