The Role: SI&OP, Supply Demand Planning Lead (Downstream Planning Lead)
Overview: This position will supervise the operational and transformational activities on Downstream and Master Production Planning. The position is expected to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability of existing Downstream processes and recommend improvements. The role is also a Key Supply Chain Operational Leader, interfacing with both internal and external Customers and is responsible to handle the Master Production Planning and maintain key supply chain Service Level KPIs.

What will you do?
• Maintain the basic Master Production Planning governance (FG Supply & Replenishment)
• Supports Upstream Flow execution
• Establish minimum 12month Business Plan for the Organization
• Direct the MPP process and work collaboratively with SIOP leaders per region
• Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to improve and supervise service level performance
• Focus on digitization in Supply Chain function to improve employee effectiveness and engagement
• Design and deploy analytics to support daily activities

Who would be successful?
• 5+ years out of which 2-3 years in globally established Master Production Planning, Downstream Management, experience in Factory Planning in a manufacturing industry
• Previous role should be with Direct Reports and significant exposure to cross-functional teams in the organization
• Sound understanding of production planning, procurement, inventory management functions with experience in guiding cross functional teams and managing change
• Project Management, Leadership Training, Proficient in MS Office and with knowledge in Oracle System
• Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite
• Working arrangements: Full-time onsite reporting, 5x a week
