What will you do?

Your mission will be to drive SIOP process transformation in South America towards a more digital and decision driven process with a strong cross-functional collaboration. In charge of Business Units SIOP one will work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into a E2E Supply Chain strategy and orchestration to enable growth objectives.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

- Lead SIOP process at Business Unit Level for South America region

- Forecast Accuracy continuous improvement

- Map and adopt digital tools fostering a more digital and decision driven process

- Work closely with Finance BPs to reconciliate Rolling Forecast with SIOP figures, identify gaps and prioritize scope for action plans with Business and Sales Operations.

- Demand Plan accountability, validation of future forecast main drivers and deviations from target.

- E2E Supply Chain optimization and orchestration to resolve constraints, improve reliability and increment sales.

- Inventory Healthy action plans animation with Business Units and Sales Operations

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

- Degree preferred in engineering or exact sciences

- Relevant track record working in Planning domains: demand, supply, inventory and SIOP.

- Fluent English and advance Spanish

- Advance skills in SAP and Advance Planning Systems such as SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, Oracle.

- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills able to work with large amount of data

- Continuous improvement skills (PDCA, Lean, 6Sigma) with ability to improve processes and KPIs.

- Communication with stakeholders, exposure with senior leaders and ability to deliver clear and objective messages to easy decision making.
