Are you ready to drive Schneider Electric's presence in the Danish market within our Global Service Sales division? We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our efforts in selling our Digital Service solutions to our customers and pursuing Asset Lifecycle Management projects in this exciting and rapidly growing sector!
Mission: As our Services Sales Representative, your mission will be to engage face-to-face with existing customers who have a qualified installed base and deploy sales actions to maximize their usage of Schneider equipment in Denmark. Based on safety, economical, sustainability measures.

You will be accountable for the promotion and sales of equipment replacement, retrofitting, a range of technical services, including start-up, maintenance, testing, consulting studies, modernization, and digital services of electrical equipment installed at the customer's site.
Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to identify the scope of work, estimate, and sell system additions, upgrades, and modifications to meet or exceed your sales targets.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan for key customers based on data.
- Apply market and account skills necessary for engaging with installed base.
- Increase the usage of Schneider Services.
- Educate customers on Schneider products and services, with special attention to Consulting Services, Service Contracts, and Digital Offers.
- Cross-sell the Service portfolio on - Power Products, Secure Power & Cooling, Digital Energy, Industry Automation.
- Utilize CRM tools for sales funnel management, account planning, performance, and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.
- Provide monthly forecasts using CRM, and summaries in a timely manner.
- Participate in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance.
- Provide precise and timely information to our Tendering team to prepare sales quotations and proposals.
- Work closely with Inside Service Sales Representatives and Business Unit Account Managers to maximize business opportunities.
- Share feedback and needs with the Field Services Marketing leaders.
- Coordinate and attend trade shows and sales seminars as needed.
What Will Help You Succeed?
- A strong customer focus with the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving ROI calculations, Asset Lifecycle estimation, budget stakeholders etc.
- A technical and electrical engineering background with domain expertise will help.
- Pragmatic, adaptable, and comfortable operating within a large organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- A desire for continual learning and development in technology, analytics, and industry trends.
