For our Canadian Services Sales organization, we are hiring our Futur Services Sales Manager - Virtual Sales.
Reporting to the National Services Sales Director, He/She will be responsible of building and developing a high performing team of Virtual Services Sales Representatives (VSSRs) spread across the country, focused on flow transactional & partner led services business, fully integrated into our Services commercial operating model.
He/She will Lead and drive our team of Virtual Sales representatives to successfully deliver on customer satisfaction, order targets, accurate forecasting & expected business mix with respect to the Strategic priorities.
He/She will partner and create conditions of trust with all sales forces within and beyond Services Business Unit (e.g. drive transactional & service attachments selling efforts with Products or Channel BUs).

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Team Management:
- Lead by example in ensuring safety standards are applied.
- Attract, recruit, onboard, develop, motivate and manage a robust and high performing Virtual Services Sales team while controlling voluntary attrition.
- Manage team skills & behaviors to match business needs and market evolution.
- Drive a lean and agile organization.
- Improve customer facing time (>80% virtually) in his/her team to boost productivity and customer engagement.
Business Management:
- Manage the sales target to achieve expected growth with End Users and Channels.
- Support business and commercial transformation from reactive to proactive & sustainable by leveraging platforming and coverage processes with a strong focus on recurring revenues growth
- Develop Account VSSR profiles, to develop relationships & accounts with their assigned
customers portfolio, and to proactively identify opportunities - Develop Lead VSSR profiles to manage & follow actively leads & opportunities coming from our different Demand Generation Engines or Sales & Marketing Automation activities.
- Develop and grow key relationships with customers and channels.
- Work very closely with the End User Account Managers, Regional Services Sales & Channel leaders to maximize business opportunities.
- Secure a minimum margin level by leveraging DOA process and margin guidelines.
- Collaborate with the relevant Operations and Tendering Managers to ensure excellent collaboration, margin control and a smooth transition between order and execution phases.
- Digital & recurring offer attachment to drive within his/her team and with customers nurturing recurrent business.
- Ensure effective and accurate usage of BFO by Sales force, monitor pipeline review through BFO dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing function to support growth through data-driven demand generation initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- 4 years college degree or equivalent work experience, 5 years technical sales experience, outside or Virtual Sales Manager or CCC experience is an asset.
- Consultative sales experience and mindset.
- Good Proof of leadership experience, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to strategize and drive change successfully, strategic thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic & Business leadership potential : concise, structured, forward thinker, influencer
- Matrix environment >> Influence, Team player, Bridge builder, Challenging
- Hands on & drive - fill gaps as needed !
- Business ownership : weekly & monthly business tracking / forecasting
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric service offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle or other Service knowledge in more digital industries (an asset)
- Bilingual (an asset)
