Services Sales Manager - Secure Power (Data Centers)

As Secure Power Services Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth and success of our services business for Secure Power & cooling through Gulf Region.

This high-impact position requires developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand service offerings, enhance partner capabilities, and foster long-term with End Users ,partners & Entities.

You will be responsible for boosting our Pipeline, Leads & orders to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions & services to our End users.

The role demands a strong focus on pipeline generation and increasing market share within above mentioned domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in industries requiring uninterrupted power solutions (e.g., data centers, healthcare, finance, telecom).
  • Develop a healthy pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
  • Client Consultations & Relationship Management.
  • Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand each client's critical power requirements and risk tolerance for downtime.
  • Present secure power service offerings-including installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency response services-and tailor solutions to each client's operational environment.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., facility managers, IT directors, procurement teams).
  • Business Alignment and Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with channel partners to align their business objectives with the broader services strategy, driving synergies that deliver mutual growth and profitability.
  • Training and Enablement Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that empower channel partners with in-depth knowledge of digital power systems, power products, and industrial automation services, enabling them to effectively sell, support, and implement solutions.
  • Sales Support and Go-to-Market Execution: Provide continuous support to partners, ensuring they have access to cutting-edge tools, best practices, and up-to-date product knowledge. Work closely with them to develop and execute service-related go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to provide actionable insights and ensure we maintain a competitive edge. Leverage this intelligence to refine partner strategies and enhance service offerings.
  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of channel partners, utilizing key metrics such as revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to optimize partner strategies and enhance overall program effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement and Business Reviews: Regularly conduct business reviews with channel partners, providing feedback, sharing best practices, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to drive long-term partner success.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and Proven track record in prospecting, negotiating, and closing technical or service-based solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Extensive understanding of SP services offers & solutions.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of pricing strategies, quotations, and value-based selling within the services business model.
  • ERP and Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems such as BFO, CPQ, Oracle, and SAP, with the ability to navigate and leverage these platforms for business operations.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to engage and influence channel partners at all organizational levels, from senior leadership to operational teams. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinker: Solid analytical abilities to assess partner performance and market dynamics, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving strategic outcomes.
  • Track Record of Success in Commercial Roles: Proven success in driving revenue growth and delivering impactful results in commercial roles, particularly in digital power services and industrial automation.
