Services Sales Manager - MMM Segment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Services Sales Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric, with a focus on the MMM (Mining, Metals & Minerals Mining) Segment. This role entails the sale of a diverse range of Schneider Electric service offerings, including recurring contracts, digital services, modernization/retrofitting, and spare parts, to designated accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals within the MMM segment.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Steel, Aluminium, and Cement domains.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Present and demonstrate service offerings, including recurring contracts, digital services, modernization/retrofitting, and spare parts.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge on Medium Voltage, Low voltage Switchgear, Energy management Systems, VFD's, PLCs Transformers, Industrial Automation,
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of sales experience, preferably within the MMM segment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Comprehensive understanding of service offerings, including recurring contracts, digital services, modernization/retrofitting, and spare parts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience within the Steel, Aluminium, and Cement domains.
  • Knowledge of the GCC market and key industry players.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience and knowledge in Electrical Switch Gears, Energy Automation, PLCs, VSDs.
