What will you do?

  • The Services Planner schedules Field Service Technicians to ensure the goals and objectives of assigned service districts are accomplished on time, implemented at or below the estimated cost, and closed in a timely fashion. These activities include initiating, planning, scheduling, validating, and ensuring work is complete to meet customer standards.


What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Ability to manage and schedule service contract execution within contract start and end dates.
  • Ability to manage site resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements.
  • Ability to schedule Field Service technicians, third-party contractors, and authorized service partners.
  • Proven support of internal stakeholders in executing project timelines.
  • Ability to ensure that needed parts are onsite for each site visit being scheduled.
  • Ability to adhere to customer specific instructions for smooth execution of work assigned.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and partners on each stage gate along scheduling process.
  • Flexibility to support all US time zones with other Services Planners on the team.
