As a Summer Engineering Intern at Motivair, you will gain hands-on experience in various engineering projects and support our engineering team in developing and improving our products and processes. What will you do?
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to troubleshoot and optimize operating issues.
  • Participate in activities such as inspection data analysis, and root cause failure analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and production equipment troubleshooting.
  • Executes installation, startup, commissioning support, remedial and preventative maintenance services.
  • Provides remote technical support to field service personnel and/or customers by assisting in fault isolation of electro-mechanical systems.
  • While providing remote technical support, identifies and sources necessary parts to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintains accurate customer service records and reports within the service call management system.
  • Creates and maintains knowledge base/technical documentation.
  • Serves as a resource to sales personnel.
  • Recommends improvements to manuals, operational processes and procedures as needed.
  • Maintains knowledge of new products.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour. In
addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials,
depending on location.

The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay
is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with validation and testing processes.
  • Experience in technical writing (reports, test protocols).
