• Enable FSRs & sub-contractors with required systems and tools .
• Drive Digitalization and process improvements.
• Deploy bFS releases. Responsibilities include Training, deployment, adoption monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Manage administrative activities of bFS/ User management / data management / L2 support for bFS
• Deployment of digitalization initiatives from the global team and improve adoption
• Initiate local digitization activities for better monitoring and control of operational metrics
• Contribute to productivity improvements, monitor and analyze major KPIs and implement actions leading to efficiency and cost improvements
• Continuous communication and trainings

Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, fluent in both oral and written skills
• Conversant with working in a large matrix organization, Good networking skills
• Digital savvy and a quick learner Education University Graduate degree
Working experience with Sales force (bFo/bFS)
• Proficient in Tableau and creating dashboards, Power BI user
• Knowledge of SAP and Oracle
• Comfortable in creating Excel dashboards, working with Marcos, PowerPoint
