Within Digitization Chapter of Services LoB, lead globally the Services Business Process , from Opportunity to Renewal. Lead the roadmap of all related global platforms, and their deployment in geographies, to ensure the Services Offers portfolio is delivered with outstanding experience for our customers and for all internal persona involved in the E2E value chain. Ensure the robustness and quality of all data flows supporting the Business Process, as a major driver for growth and user's efficiency.

• Accountability for the design & build of Services Business Process and associated tools evolutions and integrations : in close partnership with Schneider Digital owning SE global platforms, build the E2E flows and user's experience for Services Offering from Opportunity (BFO CRM), to Configuration & Quotation (Field Services Configurator & CPQ - SEA for NAM), to Order Management (ERP federation), to Execution (BFS) and up to renewal process. Ensure the scalability of our services business process, across all geographies. Specific focus on the recurring machine and all automations required to maximize the Capture Rate, and Renewal Rate..

• In close collaboration with Services Data Office, build robust data flows within our E2E architecture , in particular Installed Base, Contracts, and Offer Data in a context of standardization of Services Offering. Data are critical for proper execution - in particular, Order Management, Scheduling and Services Representative - and are major enabler for scalable and automated E2E recurring flows

• Lead for Services Business the roadmap of evolutions of Services Platforms , particularly CPQ (for Services), BFS, and Services capabilities in ERP's. Collaborate with Offer Creation Hubs, Services Operations and Commercial to identify, specify, prioritize and deliver evolutions requirements or new functionalities.

• Own and execute the Country Deployment roadmap for all tools / data / processes delivered as part of Services Business process, in collaboration with partnering teams. Build the adequate deployment setup to deliver to countries a robust and scalable tools ecosystem up to full adoption (accountability up to close of 'hyper care')

• Specify the future Services Business within UNIFY and ensure compliance with Services Offers requirements within the 'fit to standard' approach - ensure readiness for sign-off.
