Key responsibilities:

As UK and Ireland Digital Services Senior Controller, you will contribute to commercial & marketing strategy to ensure a sustainable and compliant growth and contribute to the Equity Story
  • Contribute to the commercial strategy of Services & Software Business: Drive to maximize sustainable and profitable growth within the Services & Software business to contribute to the Equity story. Partner with Services & Software business leads, to support and challenge on required actions to deliver short and long-term performance
  • Challenge new business models / transformation implementation: Assess and challenge strategic plans to drive digital growth around Services & Software, . Increase coverage of Digital Flywheel and analyse the Annual Recurring Revenue generated.
  • Lead strategic planning exercises, target setting activities and forecast elaboration for Services & Software business : Assist the Services VPs to set and drive monthly and yearly targets
  • Support the month end closing processes: Supervise all month end duties as per blueprint, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
  • Support optimizing pricing power : Work with local pricing team to deliver delta Price ambition
  • Standardise and Digitise Reporting : Lead transversal transformation and process improvement projects. Leverage the best of digital tools to bring insights and enrich the reporting process driving the Zone for overall forecasting and performance, standardisation and consistency of reporting along with Competency Center support
  • Support yearly Sales & Marketing Plan (AMSP) preparation but also regular follow-up and ensure the zone trends towards ambition

Skills and attributes:
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software.
  • Ability to work in a complex and fast pace environment
  • Effective communicator, ability to challenge status quo and drives leadership team
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions.
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.

Education
  • Education: Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
  • Certification: ACA/ACCA or CIMA certification preferred
  • Experience: At least 5 years of combined accounting and finance experience
