Position Summary
- Join the Serviceability Excellence Chapter to deploy serviceability guidelines
- Focus on Power Products and Power Systems divisions
- Collaborate with teams in North America, Europe, India, and China
- Adapt to evolving organizational needs and future operating models
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of Serviceability Guidelines for Electrical/Mechanical, Digital, and Circular Services
- Drive technical and business enablement of services through product development
- Facilitate collaboration between Services and Product Squads
- Train Product line of business community on Serviceability
- Assess offer Serviceability and provide technical/design recommendations
- Identify impactful project roadmaps within Medium Voltage line of business
- Participate in innovation phase of Offer Creation projects
- Influence product design through Service specifications implementation
- Evaluate Services stakes and revenues linked to offer development
- Reveal and integrate customers' needs related to offer serviceability
- Represent Services line of business in Agile lifecycle
- Define and lead preparation of Services trainings for new offers
- Develop Project Management Plan for Service deliverables

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Strong knowledge and experience in Products & Services' Customer Applications
- Technical background and field or design experience
- Solid background in Medium and/or Low Voltage (Technical, Industry, R&D)

- High power of collaboration, influence, and assertiveness
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments
- Strong synthesis capabilities and analysis
