Som S ervicekoordinator for Business Support vil du ha en sentral rolle i opprettelsen og oppfølgingen av serviceordre og servicekontrakter i vårt ERP-system, Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central). Du vil sikre at all informasjon er korrekt og detaljert, slik at våre serviceingeniører kan utføre sine oppgaver effektivt og presist.
Du følger en bestilling fra A til Å - fra ordrebestilling til faktura er betalt av kunde. Dine daglige oppgaver inkluderer opprettelse av serviceordre, fakturering, håndtering av innsigelser, kundekontakt, registrering av kontrakter, samt oppdatering av vår kontraktsdatabase. Du vil også være en viktig kontaktperson for deler av serviceavdelingen i Norge.

Vi ser etter deg som har:
- Problemløsningsevner: Evne til å identifisere og analysere problemer, samt oppdatere prosesser og prosedyrer.
- Gode kommunikasjonsevner: Evne til å lytte og dele informasjon med både interne og eksterne kunder.
- Kunnskap om service- og kontraktshåndtering: Evne til å administrere langsiktige forpliktelser mot våre kunder.
- Fokus på kundetilfredshet: Evne til å håndtere kundehenvendelser effektivt og forstå kundens behov.
- Supportholdning: Yte førsteklasses support til kollegaer med en 'Yes I can' holdning.
Kvalifikasjoner:
- Behersker norsk flytende og g odt engelsk nivå
- Erfaring med ERP-systemer (fortrinnsvis Microsoft Dynamics og/eller SAP)
- God kjennskap til Microsoft Office-verktøy
- Relevant erfaring fra lignende roller
