Context
Services Line of Business growth ambition is to Growth until '27 from 3B to 6B as well as Recurring business from 20% to 30%, fueled by 3 offer creation Leagues (Maintenance, Modernization & Consulting, Spares & Batteries) and Strategic Programs (Sustainability and Partners programs). Lean Operations and a significant evolution of Supply Chain is required to maximize the value and ensure a fast and sustainable scale-up Services.
Mission:
Link between S&OP and SIOP material related to all BUs for Services Products.
- Link S&OP process, tools, stakeholders and data with existing SIOP stakeholders data and tolos to ensure critical demand is propagated through the forecasting tools in Supply Chain.
Services order identification.
- Identify with commercial teams, Tendering, CPO and Ops Excellence Leaders key services opportunities in the pipeline
- Ensure they are communicated to S&OP and SIOP leaders.
- Review the pipeline, book to bill and burning backlog and ensure they are tagged as "Services".
- Services identification should cover the full scope of materials (IG suppliers = equipment, Ecofit, products, spares; OG vendors )
Main activities:
- Anticipate Sales at risk (Quarterly) due to material disruptions
- Identify Opportunities to compensate Sales at risk (Quarterly)
- Analyze BFS Preventive Maintenance Demand
- Demand validation for big opportunities and critical factories
- Support with ETO Critical Escalations
- Understand, map and document S&OP and SIOP Flows
- Allocation of New Shortages
- Forecast GSC critical products (Sensors and Relays)
- Connection with other regions SFAs.
Education & Experience Level
- English B2 (must) for all regions (French is a plus)
- >5 years relevant experience on procurement or supply chain work for materials and finished goods.
- Knowledge of Schneider Field Services Business (preferred)
