We are looking for Services Engineer (UPS) to make an impact! This role requires availability to work on a rotational standby duty basis to support our 24x7 operations.

What will you do?
- Perform on-site maintenance, repairs and installations of UPS systems.
- Participate in the rotational standby duty roster which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues using specialized tools and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on UPS.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures when working with electrical equipment.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical and UPS maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power quality equipment and electrical distribution systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 80%).
