The Opportunity:

Based in Brisbane, we have an opportunity for an individual to join the Schneider team in the capacity of Service Delivery Manager. Reporting to the Regional Services Manager, you will build upon the branch reputation for excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will be leading a team of service technician specialists with application knowledge in the areas of HVAC, Controls, Energy Monitoring, Management and Efficiency, Networking, Access Control, Cyber Security and Systems Integration.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Delivery of excellent service across a portfolio of customers
  • Engagement with customers to drive satisfaction and outcome from our services including maintenance, callouts, field quotes and small projects
  • Leadership of a team of Service Technicians
  • Driving team engagement and supporting the development and progression of all team members
  • Leading our SAFE First culture and ensuring all team members practice safety at work in line with all expectations, policies, and requirements
  • Delivering on key operational KPIs
  • Financial management & successful execution of Service Maintenance contracts

  • Tertiary/trade qualifications in a services related discipline or Tertiary qualification in business
  • Understanding of technical operations of customer's site and offer value-added solutions/proposals for improvement
  • Have strong communication skills and will be expected to deliver value propositions
  • Support tender submissions, presentations, trainings to both external and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met across the team
  • Excellent report writing and delivery skills
  • Sound organisation and time management skills
  • Team leadership experience
  • High level view of building systems (Preferred)
