The Role: Safety, Environment and Real Estate Specialist
What will you do?
- Responsible for the research, coordination, implementation, and management of health, safety and environmental issues including waste disposal, air/water quality, pollution control, hazardous waste and the safety of APC's structural, mechanical, civil and electrical management.
- Prepares permit applications and performs health, safety and environmental regulatory reviews.
- Performs periodic inspections of facility operations, participates in reviews of other facilities' health, safety and environmental activities and participates in audits.
- Develops and maintains appropriate documentation to assure compliance with governmental regulations.
- Conduct training regarding Fire Safety, Accident Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Programs, Electrical Safety and to formulates and implements safety policies, rules, procedures and standards.

Qualifications
Who would be successful?
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree - Engineering courses (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
• 2 years' experience in implementing environment, safety and health program gained from a manufacturing, semiconductor or electronics company (SO2 as minimum).
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• A strong independent contributor with excellent problem - solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Digital savvy
• 1 Full-Time position available.
• Must be willing to be assigned in PEZA Rosario Cavite, work onsite setup
