a) As the Sr/experienced V&V engineer of PMP/PEP/BOC project, you should be able to define and execute the product design verification and validation test plan, Keep the delivery at good quality, keep good cooperation with project team.
b) Also involved in the key internal relationships, you will closely collaborate with project team to make sure the design meets the design spec and offer requirement. And you will review the design documentation and inform related departments to renew the documentation.
c) What's more, as for the key external relationships, you will work with regulatory agencies to let our products get the certificates, and also work with outside certified laboratories to verify some special function requirement. And you will collaborate with international teams for product verification and validation test.

d) This position is located in Shanghai. In term of workplace this position requires you to go on a business trip once a month or more times.
e) In addition, you need to have international cooperation and communication skills, as well as fluent English communication skills.

Compulsory:
EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:
ü With 3+ years working Experience in Lithium product Rack and System level test.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
ü Fundamental of VRLA and Lithium battery function -Basic.
ü Familiar Lithium battery Rack and System testing and application -Good.
ü Electronics components application -Good.
ü Test method and equipment usage -Good.
ü VRLA and Lithium battery and related product functionality and standard -Basic.
OTHERS:
ü Active working attitude.
ü High efficiency working way.
Ideal:
ü 7+ years' experience in verification or validation test function.
ü Mature experience for Lithium battery functional safety.
ü Experienced at project test lead.
ü Familiar with VRLA and Lithium battery related standard such as IEC 62619, UL 9540A, UL 1973, UN 38.3 etc.
