Under the responsibility of the UX Design Lead, you will work directly with the ADMS/AGMS product teams, you will carry the software design vision in these teams, from the upstream phases of user research to development monitoring, to bring maximum value to our user clients.

User centered design. Apply the entire user-centered design process, from the upstream phases of user research to the final model, user testing and development monitoring. Apply the required tools and methodologies depending on the subject to be treated, the context and the timing of the project (interviews, observations, user journey, prototyping, tests, etc.). In close collaboration with marketing and development teams, and in compliance with the specificities of Schneider Electric's brand design.

Guide and support project teams through the stages of the design process. Show empathy towards users and all stakeholders.

Facilitation and co-creation. Co-facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops to align teams and converge towards a common vision of products and services. Appreciate the diversity of points of view.

Acculturation. Be a design representative and user advocate within Schneider Electric. Promote and enforce our brand design and design system, to create a unified experience.

Systems thinking. Broaden perspectives to understand all project issues. Contribute to the enrichment of the design system.

Data driven. Analyze qualitative and quantitative usage data to help with decision-making.

Your profile
  • You hold a Master's degree from a design school or related field with graphic engineering emphasis, and you have solid artistic background.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional software application design.
  • You master user-centered design methodologies, and you know how to manage a project from the initial phase to monitoring developments.
  • You know how to collect, analyze and synthesize customer needs.
  • You like to share your ideas and work in a collaborative environment.
  • You know how to communicate effectively and gain buy-in.
  • You like to solve (and simplify) complex problems with a strong technical connotation.
  • You are comfortable with Lean and Agile processes, you demonstrate great adaptability, and you are able to work in a wide variety of contexts, in an evolving international environment.
  • You have an eye for detail and an obsession with ease of use.
  • Your curiosity and creativity combined with your pragmatism and sense of organization allow you to guarantee the quality of deliverables and deadlines.
  • You have a good knowledge of current digital design trends.
  • You are comfortable in English.

Required competencies


  • Knowing how to synthesize, take a step back, explain and argue simply.
  • Master UX methodologies and be able to adapt them to the context of each project.
  • Know how to prototype from "quick & dirty" to "pixel perfect": storyboards, user flows, wireframes, interactive models, etc.
  • Know how to design an interface using a design system. Experience working with and applying enterprise design systems.
  • Master the Figma, FigJam, Dovetail and Maze tools.
  • Understand software development technologies.
  • Great graphic sensitivity and brand design.

  • Experience in front-end development.
  • Engagement in designer communities.
