For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $148,000.00-$222,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This person will support the US channel organization for in person technical training with our distribution partners. They will help organize, manage, and deliver training sessions, with a primary focus on Electrical Distribution product training. They will help with the design of courses and manage the content of training material on Schneider Electric's offer (primary focus on Square D). This individual will work closely with the channel community (ACMs, DSMs, RCMs, KAMs) to schedule and perform the requested instructional topic. This role will report to the Channel Operations Leader of the US Channel Operations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver training content to both internal (new hires) and external partner teams
  • Keep up to date with Schneider offers and adjust training courses to match
  • Understand Schneider digital tools (SEA, mySchneider, Product Selectors, etc.) to provide a full experience
  • Collaborate with training colleagues to confirm content is effective
  • Work closely with line of businesses to content matches current offer
  • Ability to travel 50+% of time to support in person training at distributor locations
  • Continuously use course feedback to adjust training method and delivery
  • As Training Team Lead
    • Provide strategic direction for Distributor Training.
    • Manage and maintain the content on the DLC, including updating eLearnings as required
    • Provide reporting and summaries as required by SE and Distributors
    • Provide a single point of contact for Distributor Leadership and use VOC to adapt trainings as required

Qualifications/ Skills Required:
  • +8 years' experience in sales, quotations, offer management, consulting engineering, or related roles
  • Educational background in Engineering or other related disciplines
  • Solid understanding of Construction and Industrial markets
  • Strong knowledge of Square D products including Home & Distribution, Power Products and Power Systems offers.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with all levels of an organization
  • Strong follow up skills to support customer related questions during training courses
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization with a change agent mentality
  • Results orientated, intellectually curious, creative, and highly self-motivated
