Our team is focused on designing and building portfolio of energy products to serve prosumers in their residential and solar needs. We are currently seeking a positive, result driven, collaborative, highly motivated Senior Technical Project Manager.

You will be responsible for the final delivery of program(s) through planning and execution of activities required to meet program goals while maximizing return on investment within the program budget, performance, and schedule constraints.

What will you do?

  • Program & Design Team: Manages the relationship between the program team and all cross-functional areas critical to the success of the program. Coordinates, facilitates and drives the effort and design recommendation of the project team as well as key stake holder contacts.
  • Planning & Monitoring: Directs all planning and monitors the activities of the cross-functional team required to meet program goals/deliverables. Establishes program plans, including projections of required resources (effort, duration, cost, personnel, facilities, and equipment).
  • Budget, Schedule, & Product Cost: Owns schedule, budget and product cost, while managing within the given and dynamic constraints. Must be comfortable planning program schedules using agile techniques and MS project.
  • Define and create work breakdown structure, milestones, interna;/external dependencies, efforts and duration estimation and tracking the project (both in waterfall and agile approach)
  • Reporting: Provide periodic reports of program status and progress to management.
  • Risk: Performs risk review and manages a risk register to anticipate potential issues, defines and implements related risk mitigation plans, and follows mitigation plans through to completion.
  • Project Deliverables & Project Quality: Ensures the quality and integrity of products and program deliverables

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • BS in relevant discipline (Electrical, Systems/Mechatronics) with 7 years of experience as project manager in new product development (SW and HW), PMP designation and/or Scrum master
  • Experience in using JIRA, Confluence, Portfolio, Agile methodology, Waterfall and MS office
  • Experience building and managing a project schedule using MS project or similar GANTT charts
  • Experience managing multiple SW/HW vendors to deliver the full scope of projects
  • Ability to supervise complex projects including development of plans for scope, timeline, budget, issue management and managing change
  • Experience conducting and guiding team meetings to manage the schedule, identify risks and review project deliverables. Comfortable with frequent changes or unpredictability.
  • Must possess good written and oral presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively to senior management.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multi-cultural and global team, be a team player in a few projects within a fast-paced work environment.

For this STATE based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being programs, holidays & paid time off, military leave benefits, and more.
