We are looking for a passionate Senior Talent Sourcing Partner , with endless curiosity and enthusiasm for searching the TALENT.
As a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner , y ou will be responsible for creating , updating , and implementing sourcing strategies by partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Team across Europe for recruitment projects and other Talent Market Insights activities . You will be part of our Sourcing Hub working on roles across Europe and you will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader of the Southeast Europe cluster. This role is based in Romania or Hungary.
What will you do?
- Manage and prioritize multiple searches while Partnering with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team in order to understand talent requirements around Europe.
- Collaborate in designing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives for roles identified as critical and niched .
- Be the owner of your own projects while sourcing , engaging , and screening passive talent by executing creative sourcing strategies .
- Act as an advisor on sourcing best practices related to sourcing strategy and make recommendations on candidate pools and recruiting techniques based on the market results .
- Conduct market and competitor research and be up - to -date on current trends using LinkedIn Recruiter and LI Talent Insights .
- Gather , analyze data and measure conversion rates : number of passive candidates who turn into applicants .
- Work on the implementation of new tools and technologies , facilitate training sessions , and be involved in promoting our employer brand.
- Deliver presentations and reports regarding the results of the projects on demand

What will you bring to the team?
- At least 4 years of experience in candidate sourcing
- Experience in using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques (Boolean search , aggregators , automation tools , LinkedIn recruiter , CRM, ATS etc);
- Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills ;
- Flexibility and adaptability in working with different cultures in order to deliver the projects ;
- Results & Data- driven person ;
- Continuously eager to learn and improve your skills ;
- Good usage of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams );
- Excellent English skills , both verbal and written .
