As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be recruitment for our Global Supply Chain department, with a special focus on our continuously growing Procurement HUB. You will also be involved in our Front Office recruitment processes.

What will you do?
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Budapest office.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and align hiring demands with their workforce plans.
- Review CVs and applications to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use proactive and creative approaches to maintain an active candidate pipeline through various channels, including direct networking, job boards, social media, university relations, and referrals.
- Formulate plans to attract the best-fit candidates in the market.
- Manage interview arrangements.
- Calculate and manage salary offers to candidates.
- Conduct negotiations with our suppliers.
- Take ownership of projects and engage in broader global initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Ability to adapt well in a fast-paced working environment.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting channels.
- Strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong business acumen and consulting skills to engage and influence hiring managers and candidates.
- Good project management and multitasking skills.
