We are looking for a skilled System & Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic Nordic team, where your expertise in systems sales of SCADA within power automation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape cutting-edge solutions that align with our business objectives and technology strategy.

What You'll Do:

In this position, you will design and advice on implementation of innovative system architectures that not only meet our business goals but also exceed customer expectations. Your ability to collaborate with different business units and cross-functional teams will ensure that we effectively gather and analyze requirements, integrating essential network topology considerations in the final system design. You will develop comprehensive system specifications and architecture designs, all while showcasing your commercial understanding and the end users' needs. The scope of work will be in system sales to relevant end users and partners of Schneider Electric.

As a commercial oriented technical expert, you will provide support to our sales teams, partners and customers for Relays and related EcoStruxure / Digital Power solutions. Apply overall understanding of digitalization and electrical distribution along with specific product and application knowledge to help and guide our customers in a complex journey towards energy efficient, sustainable, digital, intelligent, and future proof electrical distribution. Act as the industry expert and thought leader within Relays, participating and driving demand generation initiatives in close collaboration with the marketing team.

What We're Looking For:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering and/or Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Danish is essential, along with fluency in English. Knowledge of other Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a System Architect or Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful projects.
  • Experience in customer and partner interaction with the focus of delivering a competitive solution that meet end user / partner's expectations.
  • Deep expertise in system design, integration, and architecture principles, particularly in software systems and power automation.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA systems and network topology.
