This position is for a Senior System Architect - Digital Buildings, your mission is to providing comprehensive solution support to internal stakeholders, aligning with customer needs to propose tailored Digital Energy solutions for buildings project.

What will you do?
  • Sales Opportunity Pursue: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and secure sales opportunities, ensuring we meet our annual sales and order targets.
  • Sales Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including training on Digital Energy solutions for buildings, to enhance their capabilities and customer interactions.
  • Technical Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed technical proposals and support the tendering process to ensure competitive and compelling submissions.
  • Technical Governance & Risk Management: Offer technical governance and risk management during the sales (S2 review) and project execution stages, ensuring solutions meet quality and safety standards.
  • Complex Solution Development: Support third-party system integration and assist in the development, testing, and implementation of complex solutions.
  • Engineering Standardisation: Provide expertise in system design, engineering, and implementation for complex upgrade projects, utilizing engineering software tools and application standards.
  • Collaboration with Offer Management & R&D: Work with Offer Management and R&D teams to identify offer gaps, product requirements, and contribute to the roadmap.
  • System Architect Community Animation: Foster a cohesive and collaborative System Architect community, encouraging the sharing of domain knowledge and leveraging experiences for customer success.
  • Pre-sales Activity Support: Engage in pre-sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, research, demonstrations, proposal preparation, and high-level system architecture for strategic and targeted accounts.
  • Engineering Leadership & Development: Lead by example in developing personal skills and competencies to become a Trusted Advisor. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their professional growth.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Education
  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related Degree

Working Experience
  • 8 - 10 years of working experience
  • System integration, building and power systems design, facility management, energy management

Others
  • Innovative and has strong passion for Building and Power Management solutions
  • Pro-active and self-motivated team player
  • Go-getter, over achievers and great aptitude for sales winning
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
