As a Senior Service Engineer, for Quality Department and you will play a critical role in providing high-level technical support and service to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing issues and providing solutions for technical problems.
• Perform investigations on issues found at customer site & prepare technical reports.
• Provide expert technical support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively, but not limited to electrical switchgear, transformers, Drives, etc.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures mode (root cause analysis) for medium voltage and low voltage product. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Performing repairs and preventive maintenance for medium voltage and low voltage product and prepare detailed reports.
• Electrotechnical ability to resolve the mechanical or any electrical issue at site.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
• Experience in Configuration and testing and analysing the faults events of protection relays like Sepam and Micom.
• Mentor and train team engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments at site to ensure reliability and safety.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintaining detailed records of work performed and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Provide training and support to team members as well as to customer for schneider electric medium voltage and low voltage product.
• Submit Opportunity Detected during site interventions.
• knowing on the digital tools to provide digital solution to customer.
Skills and attributes:
• Good communication skills with a proficiency in English (written and verbal). Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Technical Expertise & Strong technical knowledge of medium voltage and low voltage products or power systems relevant to the industry.
• Presentation skills and Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently under pressure situation.
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel for work 70% and adapt to various work environments.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 3-year diploma related field of electrical and electronics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a service engineering role or in similar field.
Note: UAE driving licence is required.
