Description of the position:
IMPACT starts with us: In this role of Sales Specialist at Schneider Electric, you will embark on an exciting journey to promote and sell our Universal Enclosure offering, including tailor-made products and services. Your mission will be to drive sales growth across various channels, such as Distributors, Panel Builders, OEM Machine Builders, and Contractors. You'll provide expert technical and commercial support both internally to SE Account owners and externally to our valued customers and partners.

In this role, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base, ensuring Schneider Electric remains at the forefront of the industry. You'll also accelerate prescription efforts to Design firms and End Customers in targeted end market segments, aligning your efforts with our ambitious 2025 Sales & Marketing plan. Your work will be integral to Schneider Electric's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in energy management and automation solutions.
Your IMPACT:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Implement the Annual Sales & Marketing plan.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Drive project business growth through customization and prescription efforts.
Product and Solution Promotion:
- Promote the Universal Enclosure offering and related Schneider Electric solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and partners, as well as to internal sales teams
- Leverage product customization capabilities for project requirements.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams - sales and marketing, to saturate different sales channels.
- Engage with design firms and End Customers in target growing segments.
Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and their impact on the product portfolio.
- Analyze competition and initiate appropriate actions to grow the market share
- Identify and qualify leads using data-driven approaches.
- Develop strategies to capture opportunities in growing segments.
Digital Tool Utilization:
- Use Sales Digital Tools for customer management and opportunity tracking.
Your Profile:
- Strong Sales Hunter mindset with proven abilities in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Drive, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic sales environments.
- Technical expertise in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling value propositions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Proficient in using digital sales tools for customer management and opportunity tracking.
- Advanced PC skills
- Driving license class B
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical filelds. Additional marketing knowledge would be an asset.
- Minimum 3 years in Field Sales or technical support is highly regarded with a proven Sales Hunter track record.
- Experience in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and Industry Solution selling.

- Fluency in English
