The Role: Senior Remote Support Engineer
What will you do?
- Communicate the EcoStruxure Asset Advisor entitlement and pre-requisites (call and email)
- Support customer on gateway installation & configuration
- Support in configuring network parameters on equipment network management card
- Work Order management (Salesforce)
- Supports the Connected Services Hub in re-connecting disconnected asset
- Monitoring and management of EAA SP&C Accounts, AUM and Connectivity Rate for Countries of support
- Identify lead generation
- Work closely with the Country Customer Success Manager

Qualifications
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer-facing, project management, analysis, technical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with UPS communication (SNMP, Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP)
- Working experience in Salesforce and WO management would be an added advantage
- Certification in networks & routing concepts would be an advantage but are not mandatory
