What will you do?
- Review and interpret technical specifications and customers' requirements with CSE, TSC and other team members.
- Collaborate with the Technical Sales Constants (TSC) for solution strategy and client specific requirements such as bill of material, technical compliance, solution descriptions, assumptions/exclusion etc.
- Collaborate with the CSE for costing strategy, client specific Price Summary structure and Terms and Conditions requirements.
- Interact with Subject Matter Experts and/or the Delivery organization to build the Resale requirements and work with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to request for vendor quotations.
- Work closely with the TSC and the pursuit team to ensure that all elements of the proposed solution are addressed and documented.
- Based on the results of the Solution Strategy and Design Review, provide the detailed solution costing for management reporting and client submission.
- Render support to Sales and provide follow-up on commercial and technical clarifications.
- Knowledgeable on corporate policies, pursuit processes and procedures.
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may back-up the work of other personnel.
- Continuous improvement and undertake departmental initiatives or projects to improve work productivity & efficiency.
- Actively contribute in knowledge management by capturing and sharing best practices.
- Recognize and understand the customer's needs, deriving minimal compliance requirements from tender specifications and make suggestions for possible solutions, and quickly develop budgetary numbers. Accuracy in costing & solution with value proposition is must & essential.
- Typical applications are Oil & Gas (Refinery/ Petrochem), MMM (Cement/ Steel), Water & Wastewater (Desalination/ Treatment Plants), Smart Cities, CPG, Life Sciences/ Pharma, Telemetry projects, Material handling.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Degree in Engineering or related work experience and disciplines. PMP and/or TUV certification will be a decisive advantage. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin a plus.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience in Project Management, DCS, F&G, ESD, SCADA and PLC. The successful candidate should have developed a technical expertise in unified DCS platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a pursuit team to ensure the quality of the proposal and meet the client's specifications.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the predominant Automation firms, products, services and solutions that are most important to large global firms in the field of Process Operation
