The Senior Project Engineer will lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met within budget and on schedule. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the projects.

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for electrical systems.
• Create and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report on status, budgets, and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
About You
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Experience:
• 4-6 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management
• Engineering and/or site experience will be a plus.
Key skills:
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of SAP will be a plus
Skills requirement:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Established project management, coaching skills, and leadership capability.
- Strong customer orientation & Proven ability to create solid relationship with the stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, effective in a cross-cultural environment to foster collaboration toward a common goal
- Ability to understand, influence & convince in a matrixial organization
- Able to communicate in concise and synthetic manner complex technical issues/topics
- Able to make decisions in complex context based on imperfect/missing conditions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have time management skills.
