What will you do?
- Collaborate and develop with Sales/Proposal, Project Delivery, and Peers across the hub to drive competitive material productivity and operational synergies to leverage on spending to achieve competitive pricing, quality, delivery, and risk management with the supply base
- Handle and manage Project RFQs, commercial evaluations, PO award, and PO administration to final delivery and PO close out
- Develop and maintain a commercially sound Vendor base, survey the market for new supply sources including non-traditional ones
- Manage the evaluation of vendor performance on a continuous basis
- Monitoring supplier's performance and developing improvement action plan along with Suppliers and internal Systems and processes team
- Track and report status of material and raise awareness to stakeholders of pain points. Drive action towards risk mitigation
- Manage and undertake expediting activities across all third-party and inter-company supply chains
- Establish and maintain ethical business relationships with suppliers. Monitor and expedite shipping and delivery
- Quickly and effectively research and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies
- Deploy digital transformation and tools, improve, and streamline the end-to-end process
- Drive continuous improvement in all areas of procurement activity and participate in improvement initiatives throughout the organization
- Drive and ensure compliance with all regional and global policies, procedures, and quality accreditations

Who will you report to?
- This is a single contributor role. You will report to the Senior Manager, Project Procurement.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience (Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering background)
- 5+ years of project procurement experience
- Experience working in an international company and/or EPCs preferred
- Strong Knowledge of Project procurement practices and cost structures
- Strong negotiation skills and legal contract
- SAP experience preferred
