We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Application Engineer
The purpose of this role is to provide project support services on one or multiple DCS, control and functional safety projects in process automation:
- Develop Foxboro DCS control application and HMI;
- Develop ESD, F&G or control application for safety applications;
- Work with customer in defining detailed application, system, and hardware requirements;
- Work from process and instrumentation drawings to design applications and control strategies;
- Develop software and system configuration, DCS control & safety control application;
- Prepare test, product and project documentation;
- Participate in customer acceptance tests;
- Work on-site engineering, start-up and application commissioning;
- Develop and maintain broad knowledge and skills in a specific practice area;
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of products and applications via active collaboration with different stakeholders;
- Performs any other task requested by manager related to the job scope.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 6+ years of relevant experience, (letters of reference are highly appreciated);
- Experience with projects in process automation industry;
- Experience with DCS control applications and/or HMI;
- Experience with Safety PLC and safety applications;
- Fluent level of written and spoken English;
Desirable Competencies
- Knowledge of Foxboro DCS, or any other DCS system;
- Knowledge and skill in the functional safety configuration tools (preferably Triconex. HIMA, ABB, Honeywell or Yokogawa is an advantage);
- Knowledge of Safety PLC architecture and Modbus communication applications;
- Offshore (BOSIET) certification is an advantage;
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, IT, applied informatics or automation
- Being flexible in working on projects at customer premises and travelling to customers - up to 50%;
- Customer approach, team spirit and good communication and presentation skills;
- Valid driving license B;
- MS Excel advanced user;
