资格
l Master degree of power electronic with 3+ years of power electronic products design experience. Bachelor's degree will need 5+ years' experience. Drive product experience will be highly preferred 电力电子专业硕士文凭至少 3 年以上电力电子产品设计经验学士学位需要 5 年以上设计经验有变频器产品设计经验会被优先考虑
l Good knowledge of power electronic topology (2-level, 3-level, PFC, SVG, AFE...etc), 2-level inverter is a mandatory. 3-level/Soft-switching/PFC will be highly preferred. 精通常用电力电子拓扑熟练掌握 2 电平变频器技术有 3 电平软开关技术或者功率因数校正经验的会被优先考虑
l Mater the power electronic semi-conductor component selection. Master the power loss calculation. Master the gate driver design. SiC and gate driver design experience will be highly preferred. 精通电力电子半导体器件选型损耗计算以及驱动电路设计有碳化硅器件选型及驱动设计经验的会被优先考虑

l High-speed digital design and circuits (microprocessors, DSPs, memories, CPLD), familiar with basic controller functions (analog/Digital input or output).
