Responsibilities:

  • Led all mid-term and long-term planning processes and execution for the Structured Contract business
  • Align with organizational change management practices to support global programs specifically tailored for Structured Contracts.
  • Share vision and transformation plans to enhance information provided to Structured Contracts customers

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach for planning transformation initiatives within the context of Structured Contracts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure and supply chain systems and processes related to Critical Infrastructure.
  • Lead a group of experts and project managers focused on setting up and managing the Specialized Supply chain for these VIP Structured Contract customers
  • Collaborate with Structured Contracts customers, suppliers, and internal factories to optimize infrastructure and supply chain performance for Critical Infrastructure.
  • Lead studies to explore new areas of growth and acceleration within the Structured Contracts sector.
  • Maintain awareness of competition and keep senior management informed through effective communication, particularly within the Data Center segment .

Which qualifications contribute to your success?
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management is required; having a Master's is a plus.
  • 7+ years of planning ERP experience, with familiarity in infrastructure and supply chain management for Critical Infrastructure, SAP preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of SIOP, supply chain design in OCP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory replenishment within the context of Critical Infrastructure and Structured Contracts.
  • Strong track record in implementing innovative solutions for evolving market trends within the Structured Contracts and Critical Infrastructure domain.
  • Proven experience in leading large, complex business transformations and change programs within the context of Structured Contracts and Critical Infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Natural leadership and strong execution capability.
  • Enthusiasm for building business and overcoming obstacles within the context of Structured Contracts and Critical Infrastructure.
