Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated individual to serve as a Senior Offer Industrialization Leader for the SureSeT offer within the Power System Industrialization business. This individual is responsible to promote strong project management skills within the Industrialization domain while ensuring strong compliance with the Offer Creation Process for new product introduction.
THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Lead new product introduction by creating detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Coach & mentor Offer Industrialization Leaders within the department by providing guidance based on experience and OCP guidelines. People development includes technical skills, soft skills and personal development skills.
- Provide support and perspective in upper management reviews regarding strategy and performance to goals
- Ensures the compliance with all Offer Creation Process (OCP) guidelines and Industrialization policies within each domain
- Monitors the performance of the team through KPIs related to time to market, project cost and product cost
- Drives a systematic process to evaluate best solution for optimized CAPEX, OPEX, resources, quality targets, industrial footprint and supply chain flows
- Aligns will the Global Supply Chain (GSC) requirements such as Schneider Production System (SPS) and Smart Factory
- Strong collaboration with other OCP cross-functions such as Design, Procurement, Offer Marketing and Quality to optimize the industrial design and offer requirements
- Strong collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the Business, GSC, Supply Chain Deployment and Supply Chain Performance for industrial strategy alignment and optimization
- Ensures the successful ramp-up and transfer to the plants through definition of welcoming expectations, training and post launch support to achieve the agreed upon metrics prior to project close
- Drives a proactive communication mentality within the team to ensure customer satisfaction and strong economical results Internal

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Advanced Degree in Engineering or Business Management preferred
- 10+ years experience in manufacturing industry directly supporting assembly operations
- 10+ years experience industrialization of new products
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager or direct leader of professionals
- Experience working with multiple regions on process performance or deployment activities
- Experience and exposure to various manufacturing operations
- Project management, financial skills and business acumen knowledge
- Able to build effective strategic relationships and team building through strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact, influence and convince through all levels of the organization
- Able to work within a multidisciplinary and multicultural project team: Technical, Purchasing, Industrialization, Marketing, Quality on projects to ensure the link with the operations facility
- Strong understanding of quality techniques and systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience as a motivator, coach and trainer
- Ability to think tactically and strategically
