- Quality planning (sub project quality Lead) regarding new product types and transfered products
- Take responsibility for quality improvement projects to achive winning plan
- Build up control plan and inspection plan for new projects and modify the control plan and inspection plan for current products
- Ensure quality standards in the production by regular product audit/ process audits/ Layered Process Audits
- Assure nonconformity handling and do 8D report (PRB) or Technical Analysis to improve DPPM in manufacturing process
- Evaluate failure parts and conduct imrovement activities to improve DPPM meet the target
- Do FMEA to evaluate and mitigate risk for product and process
- Evaluate risk and propose control method to optimize FMEA, Control Plan and Inspection Plan

- Assure inspection plan are effectively implemented
- Prepare yearly Cmk, Cpk plan and finish them in defined plan
- Lead quality imrovement activites to improve condition in production site
- Create plan and conduct visual GR&R for visual checking operators in production lines
- Manage Quality coontrol inspectors to assure for mass production and Pilot Trial Run
- Manage 100% checking stations for new project safelaunch activities
- Deploy and maintain 8 Quality Fundamentals in production site
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree-technical background-Electronic Engineering/ Mechanical engineering is most preferable.
- 3 - 5 year experience in area of production quality, quality planning and quality system, customer complaint handling
- Knowledge and experience in 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), QC tools and 5S tool
- Quality awareness related to ISO 9001/ IATF 16949
- Proficient English
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Good computer skills especially MS-Office (advanced excel)
- Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
