- Supplier selection & performance review as per Schneider(Lauitz Knudsen) supplier assessment guidelines 2. Part qualification as per APQP methodology 3 Establish & monitor supplier assessment plan, conduct audits as per SSQM. 4.containment, corrective and preventives actions to solve the technical part quality issues 5.Address gaps and noncompliance to the suppliers and check the effectiveness of the supplier actions 6. Monitor supplier & part level performance. Share reporrts with suppliers . 7. Optimize incoming inspection plan as per supplier/part criticality & performance.
