- This position is accountable for the promotion and sale of a broad range of technical products/solutions/services (Main focus on Industrial Automation, Power Products, Home & Distribution, Secure Power, Ecostruxure - Software & Services) under the direction of the OEM
2. Develop networking and deploy all sales actions with OEM's for Schneider Electric products such as MCB, RCCB, Plug & Sockets, Industrial Automation Products and Low Voltage Panels in order to maximize the business with them and achieve the sales target
3. Establish a good relationship with OEM and distributors management and team including sales, marketing, and supply chain departments
4. Successfully build relationships with customers and partners to achieve assigned sales and corporate goals

5. Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment. Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge relevant to that of the requirement to fulfill the job responsibilities.
6. Develop annual business plans for all key accounts according to the company strategy, to drive profitably, volume and market share, to meet or exceed assigned target
7. Effectively negotiate and close new business opportunities to deliver growth in both sales and gross margin.
8. Manage customer responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction. Keep regular contacts with customer to ensure satisfaction before and after execution.
