Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
1. Responsible for Sales from assigned Customer/Segment for Low Voltage Switchgear & Solutions offered. Sales through Channel.
2. Customer relationship management, Work with assigned list of intermediaries, End Users, OEMs for Enquiry generation, product approvals , preference creation for IA range of products. Improve Share of wallet from conversion customers & own business development till project orders get finalized.

3. Review and update of Technical Specifications for major products in scope. Prescribe L&T EAIC favorable specifications in upcoming projects for competitive edge.
4. Good understanding in LV Switchgear Product product range like ACB, MCCB,MCB, Contactor, MPCB etc. & its application in various process which needs to be utilized at customer places.
5. Conduct Sales promotion activities / mega seminars / technical presentations /Webinars /IPTs/Product Demos for customers & consultants. Promote Digital products & solutions.
Functional Competencies:
1. Strong basics of Electrical & Automation products range & its application.
2.Techno-Commercial understanding of Competition product range.
3.Good knowledge of all related Customer within territory
Behavioural Competencies:
1.Professionalism and Perseverance in the approach
2.Good communication & presentation skills. Good Hindi, English. Bengali preferable.
