Managing the overall 'Building Great Leaders' (BGL) Leadership program architecture for our current and future people managers up to Director level. The programs support people managers to build and accelerate relevant skills to become and develop as a people manager and leader throughout their career. While maintaining a core portfolio (BGL 1, 2, 3), our target is to build in flexibility with additional, targeted solutions (e.g., Manager as Coach)

The Senior Manager will be working closely with the VP Leadership Academy, along with members of the Global Learning Network, Business representatives and external provider.
What will you do?
- Develop, refresh and maintain our BGL learning solutions, considering bottom-up feedback and top-down strategic priorities
- Manage and deploy the global programs with a community of local and territory Learning Managers and HR Learning Services
- Explore ways and methods to continuously improve the program deployment, leveraging technology and process automation tools, to increase effectiveness and efficiencies
- Build, maintain and further improve our reporting dashboard in P@iP and provide BGL completion data in Talent Link
- Develop an approach to measure impact of the leadership development programs in scope
- Design, develop, test, implement and review new add-on solutions, i.e. Manager as Coach and Inclusive Leadership together with our global provider
- Liaise and manage the vendor relationship and costs with Franklin Covey, our global solution provider
- Explore the global learning provider landscape in 2024 in order to prepare and manage an RfP process in 2025 with target decision date by July 2025, MSA and IT certification by end of Dec 2025.
- Work collaboratively with the Talent and Learning Management community and key stakeholders in HR and lines of business.
- Support other leadership academy initiatives or projects.
What's in it for me?
- Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or similar
- Relevant 5+ years working experience in human resources/Talent/Learning and/or Leadership related roles within a multinational, distributed organization
- Proven track record in implementing programs and managing key HR/talent processes across more than one geography, culture, and time zone. Ideally with first global project experience.
- Experience in leading a team (disciplinary, functional or project)
- Developing HR or learning concepts from idea to implementation
- Change communication and program management, operational execution and 'run' experience
- Experiences in process automation, data analysis and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, relationship building and influencing skills
- Project management
- Domain expertise in relevant specialist areas e.g., Leadership, Learning, Organizational development
- Excellent communication, relationship building
- A team player that takes full accountability of results and loves to work in an empowered work environment
- Strong knowledge of digital learning trends, tools, etc.
- Strong process and data discipline
- Driving innovation and data analytics on impact and ROI
