• Storytelling:

• Develop compelling narratives that highlight Schneider Electric's value proposition and differentiate the company from competitors.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content, including press releases, byline articles, and other media materials.

• Media Training:

• Conduct media training sessions for executives and key spokespeople, equipping them with the skills to deliver impactful messages.

• Event Support:

• Support media programs at key industry events and company initiatives, including press conferences, media briefings, and executive interviews.

• Measurement and Analysis:

• Track and analyze media coverage to measure the impact of media relations efforts.
• Utilize media monitoring tools to identify opportunities and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills and attributes:

• Solid years of experience in media relations, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 media outlets.

• Experience in the energy, sustainability, or technology sectors preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience working with senior executives and managing complex communication challenges

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
