Senior Manager - EHS

• Good Skills with proven record of handling multiple sites.
• Effective handling of CFT members and ensure 100% safety implementation at work
• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations- Good knowledge on HIRA, Aspect impact analysis.
• Implement the identified EHS objectives every year successfully at workplace to prevent accidents and improve safety by implementing various management programs.
• Creating analytical reports of safety and Environment data
• Conduct frequent EHS inspection at various critical to Safety activities and ensure the safety controls are available and effectively working
• Involve and provide End to End safety solutions for all activities, Utility and support services and new projects starting from design to operation.
• Better connect with shopfloor employees and promote and nurture safety culture among employees
• Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques
• Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes
• Maintain 100% compliance with all safety regulations & Promote safety initiatives.
• Conduct Mock Drill and EHS awareness programs.
• Conduct training & Awareness on various relavant safetysubject to various levels of employees

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech with 10 years of Health & Safety experience in manufacturing sector.

Qualified safety officer as per Karnataka state Department of Factories (RLI / CLI / NIT / Etc)

Communication in local language (Kannada) is mandatory.

Lead Auditor in ISO 45001.
