Senior Manager - EHS

• Strong leadership quality to drive the EHS team and engage CFT in safety practises.
• Establish and implent ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 management system
• Prepare, Review and validate the monthly KPIs and publish to Leadership
• Strong knowledge on
• Strong knowledge in regulatory and other standards
• Strong knowledge on conducting effecive Hazard & Risk assessment and Aspect Impact study during planning stage itself and implement necessary controls to prevent accidents and pollutions.
• Strong drive on Behaviour based safety
• Set objective every year on Health & Safety and Sustainability and drive various mangement programs to achieve the Business EHS KPI.
• Hands on experience in driving circular economy projects, Energy, Water and Waste reduction initiatives.
• Inovolve in MOC and identify all necessary safety controls & compliances from design to commissioning stages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill to influence Leadership and employees to adhere safety at work.
• Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques
• Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business processes
• Etablish & Implement effective Onsite Emergency Preparedeness plan and conduct drills

Qualifications

BE/ B.Tech /ME/ M.Tech with minimum 12+ years of experience in manufacturing.

Qualified Safety officer as per Department of Factories, Karnataka.(RLI / CLI / NIT/ etc)

Knowing local language for strong communication is mandatory

Lead auditor in ISO 14001 / 45001 / 50001..
