Job Title: Senior Manager - Digital Marketing
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager would be a key member of Digital Marketing Team for Greater India Zone. He/She would be managing the Email Marketing domain using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Other tools, working with Marcom Teams to create cutting edge email marketing campaigns to engage the target audience. Beyond the Email Marketing responsibility, this person would also be involved in other areas of digital marketing like Social Media, Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Analytics and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on Email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and performance marketing to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and engagement.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement throughout the sales funnel to grow sales pipeline and revenue closure
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation)
• Create curated content and personalization to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
• Plan & execute drip campaigns that nurture leads and retain customers.
• Enchant our subscribers with compelling storytelling, smart creativity and mystical calls to action that drive engagement and conversions.
• Creativity to design visually stunning and responsive email templates based on deep customer insights
• Set campaign objectives, metrics, and KPIs, while providing regular reporting to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Monitor, calculate & measure Customer metrics like Impressions, Conversion rates, Acquisition costs, CPL, CTR, ROAS, CLV
• Drive strong digital engagement growth including MAU (Monthly Active Users), Recurring Active Users (RAUs), Growth in Website Visits etc.
• Handle special projects including around MySchneider, Performance Marketing, Digital Analytics, Social Media & more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success in Email marketing, ABM, and performance marketing.
• Experience of working with reputed companies, B2B experience is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in leveraging Sales and Marketing automation platforms, CDP, CRM systems, and analytics tools to drive campaign effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and proven experience in top B2B companies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC, SFDC, CDP, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization.
