Critical Skills Required : Quality assurance and Quality Control
Key Responsibility:
• In-depth knowledge of metrology principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using various measuring instruments and equipment.
• Strong understanding of quality control and assurance methodologies.
• Ability to analyse inspection data and generation report.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of press toll and mould maintenance, moulding, sheet metal press working, machines, etc.
• Knowledge about tooling Elements, systems, Treatments to reduce tool maintenance instances.
• Knowledge in Material science, tool sheet.
• Competencies about Fits and Tolerance for troubleshooting and rectification.
• Strong analytical skills to accesses tool performance and breakdown data.
• Knowledge of different analytical tools and techniques (such as FMEA, DOE, Six Sigma, Etc)
• Understanding of how to apply analytical tools to improve tool making processes and performance.
• Understanding of TQM principles and their application.
